We are a 10 year affiliate looking with a fantastic reputation as one of the best Functional Strength (we are CrossFit Affiliated) gyms in Missouri.

We have over 12,000 sqft of space within a world class facility. We offer Functional Strength (Crossfit) Classes, Hybrid Circuit training classes (which take place in their own space), Hyrox Class, and looking to add more. We currently carry our Hyrox Affiliation and looking for a coach for that too if you know someone ; )
