VillageFit is a community-centered strength and fitness gym in Portland, Oregon. We believe fitness is the vehicle, but connection, mindset, and consistency are what create real, lasting change.
We coach adults through small-group training, personal training, and long-term fitness coaching with an emphasis on functional movement, progressive strength, and sustainable habits. Our members are diverse in age and experience, but they share a common goal: building a stronger body and a better life.
