We are a resistance training, group personal training gym, offering 60 min group workouts & personal training utilizing barbells & free weights. We follow the conjugate method of upper & lower body focused strength workouts, followed by accessory work on heavy days or conditioning on dynamic days. We have powerlifting, mono-structural work, bodybuilding, and Olympic lifting with varying degrees of difficulty designed to be scaled or modified to any fitness level. All fitness levels are welcome! Specific workouts vary in duration & intensity, ranging from max lifts to longer-duration exercises that require pacing with a focus on sound movement. We preach quality over quantity within the progressive overloading program each cycle.
