We are a local Sacramento CrossFit box that believes anyone can become an athlete when given the chance. Our community formed years ago at a now closed box, and we stuck together. Led by our Owners, Calvin and Kat, we formed a new space for our community to thrive in. We welcome people from all walks of life, and we believe everyone should have access to functional fitness.
