Schedule: Part-time, approximately 8 hours per week
CrossFit Exceed is looking for an energetic, reliable, and community-driven part-time CrossFit coach to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with people, and can lead safe, engaging, and effective group classes for athletes of all levels.
Responsibilities:
Coach CrossFit group classes with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Provide clear instruction on movement technique, safety, and workout standards
Scale workouts appropriately for athletes of different skill and fitness levels
Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating class environment
Build relationships with members and help strengthen the community
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to lead each class
Assist with basic gym organization and cleanliness before and after classes
Qualifications:
CrossFit Level 1 Certification required
Previous coaching experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude, dependable, and professional
Passion for helping others improve and reach their goals
CPR/AED certification preferred
